Shea Smith is a speaker and leadership coach who helps female entrepreneurs use systems to simplify their life and business. She has been an entrepreneur for the past 10 years and has a passion for helping women own their authority and leadership.
Shea Smith was left feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to approach her new role as a leader, but she quickly learned how to take ownership of the role and create a system to support her growth. She started small, focusing on her weekly wins and setting up systems of support for herself and her team. With the practice of celebration, she was able to gain perspective and find success, no matter how small, in every aspect of her business. Shea’s journey ultimately taught her the power of owning her role, setting up support, and celebrating her successes – all of which empowered her to become the strong leader she is today.
