Tucked into Boston’s Leather District, The Founders Hub is flipping the script on what a “workspace” can be. It is not just desks and Wifi. It is a community built for women founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses without burning out in the process.
Where Productivity Meets Wellbeing
Step inside and you will feel it right away. There is a calm, focused hum in the air, but it is never stiff. Sunlight pours over shared tables and tucked-away nooks. Private meeting booths give you space to focus, while complimentary coffee and tea keep the ideas flowing. When you need a reset, wellness offerings like restorative yoga, nutrition workshops, and healing sessions are right there under the same roof. It’s a place where your to-do list gets shorter and your energy gets higher.

What really makes the Hub special is the people. Members talk about the connections they have made here the way some people talk about family. “The energy in this space and within the group is so supportive. I learn so much at each and every event,” says Jess Bashara. For Sasha Letovsky, the impact is just as personal, as she remarks that “the events have supported me so much personally and in the growth of my business, and they are fun too.”
The calendar is always buzzing. This month brings a restorative Breathwork with Kelsey Rudzinsky to help restore your mind and spark creativity. Coworking Day offers a casual midweek check-in with fellow entrepreneurs, and many stick around afterward for Wellness day. Following this is the perfect work and self-care balance. To end the month we offer another chance to connect with our Coffee Meetup and a mastermind-style gathering where peer founders share ideas and swap resources.
These are not just events on a schedule. They are part of the Hub’s heartbeat. A chance to learn something new, make a connection, or simply take a breath. Sometimes it is a deep-dive workshop. Other times it is a quiet afternoon spent chipping away at a project while a new friend works across the table. Always, it’s about more than business. It is about belonging.

A Place to Belong and Thrive
For women navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, The Founders Hub offers more than a place to plug in a laptop. It is a space where you are seen, heard, and inspired, surrounded by people who get it. It’s where growth does not mean running yourself into the ground. It means finding the right space, the right people, and the right rhythm to truly thrive.
