Starting a Children’s Subscription Business During a Pandemic

I am joined today by Lauren Gregor, founder and CEO of Rent-a-Romper,

a rental clothing company for babies and toddlers. I am so excited for you to hear about this super cute and extremely useful company that Lauren launched and has grown during this crazy pandemic.
Lauren is a mom to two young boys who became frustrated with the amount of clothing and waste that she was generating in her home. She knew there had to be a better way for moms to dress their kids that was convenient but also sustainable and better for the environment. And that’s how Rent-a-Romper was born!

Listen in to hear how she started her business with just a business card and attending a live event- and how she grew this business while being a mom during the pandemic.

In this episode, you will hear:

-Why Lauren wanted to start a business that provided convenience and sustainability
-How she started her business naturally and organically by talking to people about her idea (and with just a business card!)
-How she had to change her strategy from in person events due to the pandemic
-The way she’s built her biz while being a mom to young kiddos during COVID
-What she wish she had before starting and advice for entrepreneurs
