What’s your business and how did you get started?
We offer beautifully designed flexible private office rentals for mental health and wellness professionals. I am a clinical and forensic psychologist with a passion for design and real estate. I participated in an HGTV Show 🙂 and felt the need to create this business to finally make gorgeous offices, sustainably built and designed, available to mental health and wellness professionals in the most popular and chic area of NYC.
What’s your favorite thing about being a business owner?
I love everything about it but mostly that I get to use my creativity in the design and operations process. It has been quite the journey for someone who is not trained in business and who is bootstrapping this!
What is one thing you’re really proud of that you’ve created or accomplished?
I am very proud to have tripled in size since inception and to have used the pandemic to lease amazing space within the William Vale hotel.
What is the boldest thing you’ve ever done in business?
Oh, I entered leases worth millions of dollars in commercial spaces during the pandemic! I could NOT be happier about it!
What’s one thing you’re currently excited about for the future of your business?
I am excited because there continues to be demand and so now I have the option of growing or moving on to the next project.
What’s your best business advice you would give to other women?
Build a supportive network, seek mentorship, and let your authentic voice shine, fostering both personal and professional growth.
