I help over-stressed, overwhelmed women who are last on their list to prioritize self care, manage stress, increase energy, learn healthy eating with real food and ease, gain confidence, master their mindset, and learn sustainable lifestyle habits so they can feel their best and BE their best!
As a multiple-award-winning Board Certified Registered Nurse + Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I have the knowledge and expertise to effectively guide you to lasting change with the highest level of support and accountability, shining a light on amazing YOU. I provide personalized Health & Wellness Coaching, group wellness programs, Corporate and workplace Wellness, Reiki therapy, and more!
What’s your favorite thing about being a business owner?
The freedom and fulfillment of living my dream helping women in the most rewarding way possible! My “why” of supporting women to feel their best, healthiest selves!
What keeps you motivated in the midst of challenges?
I’ve been where you are with health struggles and have learned the best tools and techniques that transformed my life. I can help you do the same. From a young age I was interested in health, nutrition, and exercise, as well as honoring my spiritual health. As I grew older, I realized how difficult finding the time and motivation to prioritize wellness can be, especially with the overwhelming about of information available.
Having experienced tremendous physical and emotional challenges in my life, I know what it’s like to feel like you’re spinning your wheels, trying to nurture family, relationships, work, and life, when there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day. Then your own needs end up last on your to-do list.
I have what you need, and will guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to waste one more day struggling. I am here to show you how (not just what) to live your healthiest life, help guide you to reach your goals, improve your health, and empower you to be the best version of you!
Tell us about your morning or evening routine.
I love to incorporate my 4M Framework into my morning routine: Mindset, meals, movement, and me time. I do this by doing a guided meditation, even if it’s just 10 minutes, enjoying a nourishing smoothie, moving my body in whatever way feels best that morning whether it be a walk with my daughter, lifting some weights, or a dance cardio class, then another form of self care such as journaling, my “big 3” of the day, or gratitude practice!
What’s one thing you’re currently working toward or expected growth for the future?
Expanding our workplace wellness options as well as refining our group wellness programs and collaborating with other local female wellness professionals!
