What are your main offerings/programs?

Health Coaching. I offer individual sessions or packages.

Why did you get into coaching?

My health journey started in 2002 when I became a Personal Trainer, helping people regain strength and flexibility. As my career progressed I noticed people struggled with making any changes last. I moved away from personal training and became a lifestyle coach for behavioral modification classes and noticed the difference in how people made changes and stuck with those changes. In 2019 I became a certified Health Coach and this last winter became a Master Certified Health Coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. My passion is helping people navigate their health journeys and meeting people where they are, to make the healthy choice the easy choice.

What’s your favorite part about what you do?

Listening to my clients. Working together to discover what works for them and watching them take control of their health. Clearing away all the information and getting to the basics for the client to be able to see what they want and not what everyone tells them they need.

What’s the best transformation you’ve seen lately in a client?

The best transformation is when a client went from not eating all day (because she was too busy) and eating her calories at night (because she was starving), to scheduling time for lunch and having snacks available in between her clients. Once she was able to get out of the feast or famine mode she was in,
she felt better, had more energy, and her cravings stopped. She made the choice to stop eating sugar and felt even better. When she realized that she could make the choice, it changed her world. She started to listen to her body and her choices benefited her body.

If you could share a word of wisdom with another woman in business, what would it be?

Always look after your customers and clients, even if they are not ready for your goods or services.

What’s your favorite way to start the day?

Plant based protein shake, I use Juice Plus Complete Protein.

Why should someone coach with you?

I have years of experience in the fitness and health industry, but let’s be honest, so do a lot of other people. I have my struggles with weight gain, injuries and menopause. I understand and can empathize with those that are trying to be healthy and are overwhelmed and not sure what to focus on. I don’t have
a program that you will need to fit into, I focus on you as an individual to find what works for you!
