What’s your business and how did you get started?
I’m a Human Design Business Mentor and the founder of the ICONIC Method™, where I help founders and leaders build businesses that are aligned with who they truly are, not who they’ve been conditioned to be. My work blends Human Design, identity, visibility, and leadership in a way that feels both practical and deeply personal. I began this business after years of working with leaders in Fortune 500 companies and noticing a pattern of burnout and disconnection beneath their success. Having left a high-control religious environment at a young age, I became deeply curious about identity, intuition, and self-trust. Human Design gave language to my lived experience, and I knew I wanted to share that framework with others.
What is one thing you’re really proud of that you’ve created or accomplished?
I’m incredibly proud of creating the ICONIC Method™, a framework that helps people reconnect with their identity, trust their intuition, and step into visible leadership. It’s been powerful to watch clients move from self-doubt and burnout into clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Seeing people feel safe being fully themselves again is something I never take lightly. This work feels meaningful because it supports both personal healing and sustainable success.
What is the boldest thing you’ve ever done in business?

The boldest thing I’ve done in business is choosing alignment over hustle. There were moments when I stepped away from strategies that were “working” on paper but didn’t feel right in my body or spirit. Trusting myself instead of external metrics required courage and patience. That decision changed not only how my business operates, but how I experience my life.
What’s one thing you’re currently excited about for the future of your business?
I’m excited about expanding my work through speaking, media, and deeper mentorship experiences. Sharing this message on larger platforms feels aligned with the next chapter of my work. I’m especially passionate about making Human Design accessible and grounded for people who are curious but unsure where to begin. Growth now feels expansive rather than exhausting, which is something I deeply value.
What’s your best business advice you would give to other women?
You don’t need to become someone else to be successful. Learn how you’re designed to lead, make decisions, and create, and let that be your foundation. Success that requires you to abandon your well-being, intuition, or authenticity isn’t sustainable. Trust yourself and build from there.
What’s your favorite thing about being a business owner?
My favorite part of being a business owner is the freedom to lead in a way that feels honest and aligned. I get to build something that reflects my values, my energy, and my creativity, rather than forcing myself into someone else’s idea of success. There’s a deep satisfaction in knowing that my work supports people in meaningful ways while also honoring my own well-being. I love that my business evolves as I do, allowing growth to feel natural instead of forced.
